Die Technologie des Microshell-Stretch basiert auf synthetischen, ultradünnen Mikrofasern, denen wir Elasthan hinzufügen, was einen elastischen, extrem leichten, atmungsaktiven und windabweisenden Stoff ergibt. Die wasserabweisende Außenbehandlung ist frei von PFC (Flurkohlenwasserstoff). Die Strapazierfähigkeit des Stoffes sorgt dafür, dass keine Fülldaunen oder -fasern verloren gehen.
Recycelte Daunen stammen aus gebrauchter Bettwäsche und Kleidung, die das Ende ihrer Nutzungsdauer erreicht haben. Normalerweise ist Daunen- und Federfutter langlebiger als die Produkte, in denen es verarbeitet ist. Daher wird das Daunen- und Federfutter aus diesen Produkten heraus getrennt. Die Daunen werden eingestuft und verarbeitet, um Sauberkeitsstandards und anderen Leistungsanforderungen zu entsprechen. Die recycelten Daunen in NEOKDUN werden einem innovativen Verfahren unterzogen, um die größtmögliche Reinigung und die beste Leistungsfähigkeit als Futter für neue Produkte zu erhalten. Das Verfahren ist umweltfreundlich und verwendet keine schädlichen Chemikalien.
